This is a lightly used Goldcrest BR-3 camera flash bracket. Manufactured in Japan, this quality-built bracket is made of a sturdy gauge chromed metal. It has a black rubberized anti-skid plate insert and is surrounded by a rubberized finger-molded grip. The male stud mount for the camera is industry standard in size and thread.
