After sorting through all of the options, I decided to buy a case that has space for both english horn and oboe reeds. When I received it I was afraid it would be too big to fit in the front of my case. However, it’s a perfect fit for the case and I love the design (green egyptian). I definitely recommend this case to oboists who also enjoy english horn and want to keep their reeds safe and stylish!

Marcus Bonna is known for his innovative designs for instrument cases. Made of fiberglass or carbon fiber, these cases are covered in nylon for durability. This case features an innovative layout for the joints of your oboe and English horn. Each joint is held by foam pieces such that no pressure is placed on the keywork, and the foam is secured by high quality velcro but can be repositioned to provide a customized fit. There is room for up to four bocals. As a double case or a replacement case, the Bonna case is very light and easy to travel with. The mini case cuts down on the case’s extra space for accessories and organizes the inside such that it is the smallest size possible, which is the same as Bonna’s traditional English horn only case.
