One or both sections of the fire ring can be customized (see first photo) Your options are endless and no idea is to small to create. I want to make you a one of a kind fire ring you will be happy to have your friends and family gather around. higan. Since I get a lot of orders for custom designs I am making a listing specifically for that. This fire ring comes our standard sizes that is 12 inches or 18 inch and 30, 36, 42, 48 inch wide. It is made out of 16 gauge steel so it will last longer than most fire rings. This fire ring is made in three 3 or 4 pieces that easily bolt together (6 to 8 bolts included), and can be taken apart for easy storage and shipping. All you need are some simple hand tools (not included). I can make come sizes but please email me before placing a order. If your order from Alaska or Hawaii you will have to pay extra to help cover the shipping cost. Please email me beforehand if you like to know the shipping cost before placing a order. Please message me with your idea before making a purchase. Once a design is discussed, a proof will be sent to you for your approval. Typical turn around time to ship it out is 1 to 2 weeks. If you order the RUSH ORDER then i would have it shipped out with in a week. But keep in mind that you will have to know what you want to get it done it time. You will also need to email me back quickie when i send you drawing and pictures for approve. I will not hold up my end of the guarantee if i don’t help and or response back from the the buyer of the fire ring in a timely matter. Once you as the buyer have approve a design then it will get cut soon after, after it has been cut it can’t be changed. If there is a error in any way with the design then that fall on the buyer. So if there is a spelling error or something is missed place i would work with you on a way to fix the problem but that doesn’t guarantee that it would get fix for free. Make sure to double check our spelling and the drawing before approve. Thanks The fire ring is NOT painted nor does it has any finish applied, the grey color is just the color of the raw steel. The fire ring WILL rust! Any moisture in the air will cause the raw steel to oxidize and surface rust will begin to show. We do not paint or suggest painting any fire ring as once you have a fire it will burn any paint you use. If you really want to paint it do the following: 1) paint immediately before the fire ring has time to rust, 2) use a dry rag to wipe any dust that accumulated during shipping, 3) use a paint that is made for high heat exposure. No Return on a fire ring that has any rust on it. Any return will not be refund to i get the fire ring back and make sure that it has not rusted. ** Please note that due to the unique nature of custom fire rings refunds on custom order(s) will be determined depending on the depth and detail of the customization. There will no refund if the error has been made by the buyer when it come to design or spelling errors.
