I purchased this ASICS Unisex Volleyball Slider Knee Pads – Junior Youth, Pair from the seller Amazon.com LLC and the shipping was fulfilled by Amazon FBA. These have been great for my very skinny 8 year old for her first knee pads for volleyball. I was very wary at first as to whether or not they would fit, but they work great. I elected to go with black because I figured it would show less dirt than the white ones, and by the way, definitely check with your 8 year old first before you pick the color yourself because apparently you can’t be a good volleyball player if you have black knee pads because half the team has white knee pads instead (which actually means the other half has black knee pads… yup), but who is interested in being rational? Fit my 11 yr old for summer volleyball practice. She will probably need new ones by the time the season starts as these just barely fit. She is 5ft even and 110lbs if that helps. They are very well constructed and good for beginners or those who need/want extra padding.

Got these for my 7.5 year old twins. They are about 75th percentile for height/wt and these fit fine, they look big enough to get a couple seasons out of . They are able to run and slide through the house on the hardwood floors and they stay put. These have more padding than I thought they would, and seem well made.
