I bought this towel warmer for our new move-in home. I got recommended by a friend, who told me that getting out of the shower to have a warm towel was always a nice feeling. It didn’t disappointed me, looking great on the wall and heats up very well. I also added a timer so we can preset it and have it come on a couple hours before I got up in the morning, making sure my towel nice by the time I need it. It does warm the towels, not as hot as it comes out of a dryer, but warm enough and it did dry my towel for my next day to use. And the not too hot towel warmer can guarantee my kids won’t be burned if they touch the bars accidently. I am happy with it. By the way, it is so easy to install, just

This is the second towel warmer we’ve owned and is so much better than our first one. It easily holds three standard towels. It drys the towels quickly helping to prevent mildew and the towels are pleasantly when you uses them. If you want fresh out of a hot dryer warmth this is not the product for you. While the bars do heat up enough that I don’t want to hold on to them for long, they may not get warm enough for some who like a”hot” towel. For us it is just right. We love our new towel warmer!

I’m disappointed in this product. It takes several hours for this thing to heat the towels sufficiently to take off any”chill.” If you’re looking for a nice toasty towel, you’d be better off throwing it in the drier. I had the Brookstone towel warmer and that thing worked great — unfortunately it only last 2-3 years. Now they’ve discontinued it so I’m searching for a suitable substitute. After this product I have to keep looking.
