I started bringing my kids to the roller skating rink and wanted to join them. I haven’t in-line skated since i was a kid, almost 20 years ago. I did some research and read some reviews, and decided to go with Rb cruiser. I didn’t want to go with cheap entry level skates or spend the money on more advanced skates. The RB cruiser fit right in the middle for performance and my budget. I’m glad i made the right choice. These skates are comfortable, bearing and wheels are perfect for my skill level, and they look great.
Reliving my childhood days!
THREE-MONTH UPDATE: I’ve been skating around 5 hours a week since I’ve purchased these skates and wanted to update my earlier review (docking one star). – I’m still really impressed by the build quality of the boot and frame – I’ve scuffed up the skates and ended up scraping off a good chunk of the slide protectors while practicing slides (and falling). The boot has totally held up though and the frame is no worse for the wear! – The wheels are a good hardness, but aren’t great – there a couple of small chunks (just a few millimeters wide) always missing from various wheels, likely from skating on bad asphalt here. After three months of light skating, they’re down to around 72mm – can’t complain given the price! – One of the bearings is sounding gravelly. Probably my fault for skating through some water on a bad day, but still
