Love these. I bought 3 so far. One for myself, one for my parents house and one for the summer house. Poached eggs are my favorite way to eat eggs and I can cook them in traditional fashion but let’s face it; its a pain. This allows you to make up to 4 poached eggs in under 10 minutes including prep. I set the eggs in when the water is simmering for 4:20 and they come out perfect every time. As with any non-stick coating be gentle with it or it will scratch and come off. If you put a little EVO in before hand you can just dump the egg out and wash the cup after with soft side of a sponge. Mine still look perfect after a couple years and heavy use. Rub a paper towel on some firm refrigerated butter and then use it to smear a coating in the cups before adding the eggs. With my gas stove, I put the flame on med-high and place the water on. When the water starts to boil, I add the egg tray and lid. The eggs cook fast,”so uh.. don’t nobody go nowhere.” 2:30 minutes yielded runny yolks my wife can dip her toast in, or to run all over
