Replace the exact same switch that I had broken — Lutron SFSQ-F-LA Skylark 1.5-Amp Single Pole Slide-To-Off 3-Speed Fan Control, Light Almond.. Could not find the color I need at the local Home Depot. Arrived on time — new out of the box — color matched. Works great, but what can I say it’s a 3 speed fan switch.

If you have tried to find a”Fan Only” wall switch for your ceiling fan, you have probably come to realize that there are not many choices. I wonder why it is so hard for manufacturers to believe that some of us just want a fan! All of my light switches are called”Rocker” switches which act like a see-saw, that is you press the bottom for off and top for on. Well it was nearly impossible for me to find a rocker switch for a fan only, so I opted for this type and I was pleased. It looks like it just slides up and down but it has NOTCHES or stops that allow the fan to have three speeds plus off. I wasn’t expecting that. It’s quiet, easy to use and pretty darn inexpensive considering the fan/light alternatives.It fit in the average wall opening for light switches,
