Having collected over 750 perfume samples, I’ve searched and searched for a storage solution that would keep the samples upright to prevent leakage and let me easily locate a particular fragrance. Never thought the answer would be ammo boxes, but it is. Just insert the samples in alpha order by perfume house and paste labels on the outside for each row. Also, since they’re sturdy, my glass vials won’t break. Perfect!

This item arrived quickly and in good condition via Amazon Prime. First off, yes, this is the model that holds 30-30 ammunition. It’s one of the few calibers I couldn’t find listed on the product page, but this is the model for it. The box was much larger than I had anticipated, but it is very sturdy. With 100 rounds inside, it holds the weight and they stack very well. The top portion of the lid is translucent, the sides of the lid and the rest of the case is thicker and opaque. The box locks very firmly and since the lid is now designed to lay back completely, you no longer have to worry about getting your knuckles scraped when reaching for ammo. The box has proven to be very wear resistant, and none of the ammunition stored in this case has shown any signs of age or oxidation. This is a

I purchased these cases for my 308 cartridges and 30-06 cartridges. I have not tested 30-30 yet but would imagine they fit. My issue, you cannot close the lid when 30-06 cartridges are placed anywhere in the case. Very disappointed! Buyer beware if you are planning a rifle case like the 30-06 as they are a good >0.25″ shy. I doubt 8mm Mauser would fit either. Should be listed as”Short Rifle Cartridge Holder” otherwise, the cases seem fine. I would not have purchased knowing this information now.
