I quickly learned in motherhood that I hate zip and snap sleepers for overnight. These give easy access to the diaper without having to completely undress our baby and wake him up in the cold air. Also, our baby is a boy and happily wears these dresses to bed despite odd looks from family members. He says they don’t threaten his masculinity too much with their gender neutral colors. I’ll report back if he is scarred for life.
Great for midnight diaper changes
I bought the brown/white/grey in size 0-3 and really liked the nightgowns overall. I am definitely disappointed by the fact that there are no hand covers on the sleeves but I see now the listing says they are only for Neeborn and Preemie sizes. Fortunately the sleeves are so long right now that his hands stay covered anyway. My baby is only 7lbs so they are a little big but we want him to be able to grow into them. I then purchased the same exact gowns in the yellow/green/grey patterns and the gowns arrived today. Completely different! They are at least 2 inches longer and the elastic at the bottom is not as tight. They came in a package that has Chinese lettering and say ‘Size premie-5t’ !?!! Not sure what to make of this. I’m tempted to return but as a new mom I don’t feel much like
Disappointed
