An arm guard to protect an archer’s forearm from string slap. It wraps around the forearm and is held in place by 3 straps and buckles. This one has dragonscale tooling. While there is some adjustment, there isn’t as much as with other armguards I make. Therefore, when you order, measure your wrist circumference, and the circumference of your forearm about 7 inches up from your wrist. Place these 2 measurements in the comments section of your order. Made by me, one at a time, with quality materials. I use 9-10 oz full grain leather, cut, dyed, tooled and finished by hand. Shown is the left hand model, goes on left forearm. Also available right hand, goes on right forearm. Picture is of a black arm guard. with top coat, and nickel furniture. Also available in mahogany, saddle tan or dark brown with brass furniture.

An arm guard to protect an archer’s forearm from string slap. It wraps around the forearm and is held in place by 3 stretch cord loops. Sized for wrist circumference of 5-10 inches. Large end will fit forearm with a circumference of 8-15 inches. Armguard is an extra long 8.5 inches, with pointed ends. Made by me, one at a time, with quality materials. I use 9-10 oz full grain leather, cut, dyed, tooled and finished by hand. Right hand model, goes on right forearm. Also available left hand, goes on left forearm. Picture is of a dark brown arm guard. with top coat, and brass furniture. Available also in mahogany/brass, saddle tan/brass and black/nickel. *************************************************************************** When you receive your armguard, the adjustment is simple. Place the armguard on your forearm, and place the loop over the corresponding hook. Take up any slack in the loop by pulling the excess back through the eyelet. The eyelet has a fairly tight grip on the loop, and the adjustment, once done, shouldn’t have to be repeated. If it does loosen over time, just give it a little pull. If the size of your arm changes due to changing clothes, you can adjust accordingly.
