We craft these doors from Reclaimed Douglas Fir planks that formerly resided in old buildings, including barns and other structures in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Other styles of Barn Doors are available in our shop.Sliding doors are a great solution for rooms that require minimal intrusion into the room’s floor space. Reclaimed wood contains saw markings and nail or screw holes that are reminders of its previous life. These features are unique to each door. These doors find use as passageway access to bathrooms, bedrooms, pantries, utility rooms, closets, dens, restrooms and many others. The weathered color, patina and character of the wooden planks are consistent with each door. For doors sets that are ordered, color and patina will be carefully matched. The doors are supplied unfinished but can be stained or painted by the purchaser.
