This is professional grade butcher paper. I use this for all meats and fish.

So I waited to review this until i was able to see how the wrapping did! This is very thick, and when the meat thaws the wrap doesn’t get saturated and leak! Finally something that isn’t messy! The only negative is that the cutting blade doesn’t go across the entire length of the paper so you can get a bit frustrated but just angle the paper and you can cut it. The blade is sharp and is easy to tear off once you get over the flaw! Because the blade isn’t long enough, there’s no freezer tape and no place to write on the coated paper, they get 4 stars not 5; all issues can be worked ariund but why not just package the paper so it can serve it’s purpose and be a great experience?

The blade that rips the paper does not properly work. Not once has the paper come off smooth and straight. You have to force it off and it just rips all over the place unevenly
