The Process: All of our products begin life as a digital model existing only on a computer screen. Our designs are brought from our minds into reality by using 3D Printing technology. We get our printers dialed in and our digital model becomes physical, layer by layer. Once the 3D printer has finished its work, each earring is carefully shaped by hand to remove excess material left behind by the printer. Each earring is then exposed to an acetone vapor bath, resulting in a beautiful, consistent high-gloss surface finish. Upon removal from the vapor bath, we carefully inspect each piece for surface defects. Any piece that does not meet our quality standards is given away free to customers along with their original purchase as supply allows.
