I mixed these with some other pellets in my Traeger, so I can’t say they were the reason my brisket turned out so good. I would like to think they were a big part, but I needed to mix them since this was only a 1lb bag and I was smoking the brisket all day. I added them to oak, cherry, pecan and mesquite.

My son got a Smoker (Grill) from amazon, he loves it!! So I got him these pellets he wanted to try. He really likes these. You can actually taste the flavor of the pellets. A must try!!
