My son was really excited about this hat. He took really good care of it, yet less than 6 months later one side of the clasp on the back of the hat is now held on by one thread. My son is absolutely devastated and of course I am outside of my exchange window, so I need to try to figure out how to fix his hat best as possible. This isn’t a frustration I expected to deal with.
